Happy New Year PAJ nakama,
Hope you guys had a good holiday and didn't miss us too much. Was anyone affected by the fires in LA? We were luckily not in immediate danger and were not required to evacuate. Our hearts go out to all those who were affected and lost their homes and livelihoods. We know this community is strong and we'll be back on our feet in no time. Today, we have yet another box of OP09 - "Emperors in the New World (Four Emperors)". Just A and J for this one as P was still traversing the OPTCG scene in Europe (jk just vacation). In this video we pulled an alt art for a leader that A is interested in, as well as an alt art for a staple card in the deck. If you haven't already guessed -

juuuust kidding. It's BP Luffy!! This deck is really fun with getting 2 DON!! back from a DON!! minus effect (at least 2) Not quite a ramp deck but the extra active don has a lot of utility whether it be for a stronger attack, or activating this leader's passive effect with DON!! x 1 to give all characters +1 cost(underrated effect imo), or to keep for the ridiculously tuned "Gum-Gum Giant", which gives +4000 counter and allows you to draw 2 cards and trash 1 giving you more chances for counter as well as filters your hand for your next turn. A can't wait to try this deck out!
