OP09 Tier List! What we believe are the best decks!

Move BB down to at least below Shanks in tier 2 (but probably more like move it into tier 3), move Shanks up to 2nd/3rd in PLuffy range, and you're mostly good. Lucci might be the next best deck after top 3 since it beats Bonney handily, Nami isn't as prevalent and it has better answers for BY Luffy now, and beats Enel. I can see the argument for Bonney though since it has a better Teach matchup and even though hes not great he does beat Lucci if nothing else lol

​@@RupertsBeardI don't think he actually has a lot of winning MUs. The decks that play low cost bodies are built on swarming the board and beat him before he can play 10c BB. Decks that are mid/late game can generally just alter their "normal" game plan to put more pressure on him. He can't save his characters because they're either all low power or you need the counter to save if they swing at life. It's hard for him to keep up in the race for life VS hand and having to use leader ability most turns. He uses all Don to kill things most turns which means against decks like Shanks he goes turns without hitting him etc. I think Enel beats him even if he just alters game plan and plays aggro vs BB
