at 42:20 i think it would of been better to just swing 4k with zuro juro, as you then go to 8 do, can ramp to 9 and then just cheat out whitebeard Also in the last game you should be playing the queen first and then swing with the zoro to get an extra don back, unless you are playing around triggers

At 49:05 I think the correct play is to play Queen first because the rest of your turn could change drastically depending on your draws, and the WB is a dead card in hand anyway. Since you drew another Queen which is ideal, you could go Queen > WB attack into Boa > Queen > Leader Ability > 1 don to Zorojuro > 5k Zorojuro into Lead > 7k Leader into Lead. This would've also let you ditch a huge number of bricks and get back 2 blockers. Also I think it's better to play more aggressively into life against both Doffy and Pluffy. Once you get out a 7c Kid, it's almost like having a 8c Green Kid on the field where you can almost ignore everything that's 5k. Once they drop to 1 life it's basically game over unless they close the game that turn due to your bodies being much bigger, and the rushers in the deck as well.

How would this deck play against Blackbeard?

Most of the cards have on play, but its a rush deck. Depends on how many openings u will have regarding the blackhole ability for u to play your essential onplays. As a RP Luffy main I guess its quite fine matchup for you, fairly losing after letting opponent spam on 10 don turn. Get there faster and rush him down and gg

The other commenter is right! If you want to improve BB matchup, more rush cards like dragon, shanks, roger would help as well as more copies of lead performer disaster since its guaranteed ramp

Yeah thats the thing though, your rushers are only rushers through an On Play effect. Black Beards (at least the smart ones) will start negating abilities as you're approaching 7 dons and onwards Edit: I also am PLuffy and PR Luffy enjoyer, I want to prep for this matchup

shanks and roger don't need the on play, dragon too if you include him (you wont get the don but he's still rush :)

Be aggressive, try to maintain a board and play 2x Bon Clay right before their 10 Don BB

Does the leader only having 3 life come up as a problem a lot as i want to try out rp luffy but that seems like a big issue but im not too sure

It’s certainly something you have to deal with! But it’s not that big a deal, you get a lot of value just from being 6k base power

Its my main deck. 20% of the matches i finish with full life. 7drop kid, yassop, newgate, new shanks will keep you alive easily

That's fair! Shanks is a crazy card especially on curve. If you can get kid to stick before, its even better, since you can attack after and still have one for GGG
