I have th765n Touchwin HMI and RS 232 extraction cable make seeing your video D9 female connector pin details 2 to 3 , 3 to 2,5 to 5 but when I upload and download program facing error can't open check cable. So can you help me what problem

Don't use serial port ( PLC & DOWNLOAD port ) for upload and download. Use USB port for upload and download using printer cable.
