Super timing sir, I was introduced to JSW Compcem cement by one of it's representatives in Bangalore, it has 50% cement, 25% slag and 25% Flyash. I have used it for mould, slab, columns, brickworks and also plastering. You can't find one crack anywhere, compared to OPC setting time is more for this cement, other than that no issues at all. I am getting this cement 50Rs lesser than Birla Super and other top brands.

Then why sir, cement block manufacturers use only opc cement for their block production. 2) The mpa after 28 days of ppc cement, of top leading cement is only of 33 grade. 3) if 30- 35 % of fly ash is blended, the rate of ppc should be 90 to 100 rupees less. But only 10- 15 rupees rate reduction is availed to the consumer ( end user). So extra profits for the cement company and the dealer. 4) The only actual benefits of this, I observed is green construction and less green house gas emissions. Your comments on these points sir.

Sir, 1. Block manufactures must needed 1 day and 3 days strength so opc they are used... But now RHPC ( Rapid Hardening Portland Cement) also available for block manufacturers with guidelines of IS 8041 they also represent 24 hrs strength and 72 hrs strength... In Ramco cements available in the name Ramco Super fast... Fyki

Sir... In this video sir clearly explained about cracks is reduced in PPC because heat of hydration (heat generation) is less comparatively OPC... If ash not bond means every rejected but IS 1489 clearly about PPC advantages... Now days we must ensure about other rawmaterials ( fine aggregate and coarse aggregate) characters and good work manship also....
