Sorry, I thought that you were french. Thank you for your answer. I'm a belgian rally driver and I would like to build a new car for 2017. I'm now hesitating between the Astra OPC (2 liter turbo fwd), Ibiza/Polo 1.8t (light, fwd, turbo engine), Civic EG6 K24 (light, 2,4 liter NA engine, fwd, reliability ?). I'm searching for a 300 bhp light car with a flat torque curve (from low to high rpm), good traction, reliable and competition parts easy to source.

Courtenay calls it K06 although it's technically K04. Boost was 1.5bar / 22psi.

@@flavioschrenk2425 yes its k04 hybrid.. i have the same turbo but with cams and showed at the dyno almost 330 with 1.35 bar..

@@flavioschrenk2425 nice!!!my opinion is to put fast road camshafts mate!!The car is more better with cams...not for hp but for the diagram.. it has more power and torque at the high revs...next week i'll go to the dyno to fix a map with 1.55 bar pressure..

@@judge_dave Depends on the cams. The Klasen ones were no good with this turbo at all. Better get the X20XER ones. Maybe piper fast road cams. I don't have much knowledge of that topic anyway.

Opel Astra G Racing I have 1.8 bertone and it berly gets 220. but rpm is at 5500 can not go above that at 5th shift. nice work! like it!

May I ask how you mounted the actual shifting mechanism for the m32 gearbox? Is it a direct bolt in instead of the old shifter or are the mounting points different? Also were you able to use standard Astra H shifting cables?

no way 330HP... is so slow - 15s 100-200. my H OPC 310HP runs 100-200 in 12s and is 200kg heavier kzbin.info/www/bejne/foSkaIiAZ7F3b9E i think your car have max 260hp my previous astra g coupe turbo have 290HP and runs 100-200 in 11s
