Opel Astra Production in Germany and England (Astra L and K; 2015-2022)

My very first car i bought, being young adult, was Opel Astra J series Sports Wagon (which i still own today). Seeing those videos makes a weird feeling, as some kind of step up into more responsible, more serious future. Because of my first purchase, altough a used one, i will never forget that Opel will have a special place in my heart, for the rest of my life. I hope this company never dies, and i will be always be able to look backo into this manufacturer with fond memories.

Sedan version kinda seems like a special edition for them. Its either a hatcback, sports wagon or 2 door coupe for them.

Ever driven the Astra L ? We got 1 Astra L and 1 Astra K at home and i can really say after driving both cars that the Astra L is waaaay better than the K. Build quality and the general driving expirience is much better at the L. Of course it´s just my Opinion :)

@@Norddeutschesschwein I drove all the generation of the Astra because I work on a Opel Dealer and is the Worst by difference, it's goes well now because are brand New ones, but they will start to give problems in the short term of 50 or 60,000 km with their wonderful PSA 1.2 Puretech engine with its wonderful timing belt wet in oil that will come undone and clog the oil pump or they may also break gearboxes prematurely, I have seen quite a few cases already and not only in the Astra, but in any Opel with a 1.2 Puretech engine

i love 3 zylinder in my Mokka. 130PS 1300kg. Noise Note 2 Power 2-3. Astra need 150PS in a gasoline one. I become a 1.6 Fourzyl. 150ps and 30 PS electric.
