Can I do this on Opel Frontera B 2.2 diesel 2004year ? As I know the ECU is on the fuel pump and this cannot be done, the car will not start again

I only know that immo is in eeprom and fuel pump is in flash (I had one with engine replacement and took the ECU of the engine and put EEPROM of the body to start the car)
