Where is the oil pressure sensor for 6w c engine

Hi I don't know what engine you have. This engine have temp sensor under coil packs, oil pressure sensor on oil pump at rear left of engine as viewed from front. I cannot remember if there is another sensor below intake manifold.

As hy die oxygen sensor het behoort dit verskul te maak. Nie op carburator midelle nie. Skuif net die draad wat van battery negatief gaan na bakwerk, na plek wat dit engin aard na die bakwerk. My vrou ry met die Corsa op video. Petrol verbruik het verbeter na daardie verandering. En toe weer swakker geraak. Miskien oor dit wintrr is. Ek het ander vacume lek gekry, so het dit geblok en sal ook video van dit maak as daar verbetering is. Want daai Corsas is net te swaar op petrol. Iets moet fout wees vanaf fabriek, want almal kla. Nuwer modelle is beter soos corsa bakkies.

​@@ruhanvanrooyen4729 Ja dit kan. Daar is 'n o-ring om wat hom behoort te seel. Ek het probleem gehad met pyp onderkant butterfly wat gekraak was. En is besig om 'n ander lug lekplek te toets wat vanaf tapid cover kom. Die idle control valves raak vuil en werk dan nie reg nie. Haal hom uit en hou punt vas, sit ignition aan en af. Hy sal elke keer bietjie uiter kom. Maak skoon met thinners/bteak cleaner en ghries dan. Sit terug deur te druk en ignition aan/af te sit. As hom terug sit laat punt liewers bietjie langer wees dat hy toe maak. Anders gaan idle hoog bly.

What is the purple wire on the ignition coil called and can you get it from spares shops ?

It is the wire for the oxygen or lambda sensor. It just runs under the coils, but is not connected. If I remember correctly there is 1 plug with 3 wires plugging into coils. Middle one is 12V when ignition on, and the outside wires gets shorted to ground alternatively through transistors in Ecu. Coils should measure low resistance on that plug snd higher resistance on spark plug wires.

The problem has finally been solved. So about 7 months ago the head was redone after the car started overheating. They never fasten the bolt on the bottom gear at the keyway. So the car started moving out of timing. Was out by 4. Fixed by a 22 year old after spending 20 minutes with the car. He said he cant believe the car still started

but what if you corsa b dont have a oxygen senser can you still move the ground wire fron the battery to the boddy

Hi. It should not matter in that case, because it is likely a carburator model. It should be fine in that case either way. You can move it if you think it might affect other sensor.

I did not trace it, but it normally goes straight to the ECU or computer box as they call it. The ECU adjust the fuel mixture up and down in a narrow range the whole time to try keep the voltage from the oxygen sensor at a specific point. Or oscillating around that point.

Ek dink dalk 1 injector is verstop. Nou sien oxygen sensor te veel suurstof en spuit hy ekstra petrol. Kyk dalk op jou nuwe sparkplugs of daar ontbranding in al die silindrs is aan hul kleur. Of haal al 4 injectors uit terwyl hul op fuel rail bly. Ontkoppel die plug op coil, die een met 3 drade dat saar nie spark is nie. Probeer start en kyk dat al 4 injectors 'n mooi fyn mis sproei, en nie strale. Doen dit buite en moenie staan en rook nie. Dan sal jy weet of dit injectors is. Acetone maak hul mooi skoon. Anders kan een spark draad dalk af weez. Jy sal videos kry om dit te toets.

My car is having a black smoke when i diagnosis it its giving me p0201 to 4 and map sensor throtle not present

The black smoke is too much petrol that cannot burn, or diesel. The p0201 to p0204 is the 4 injectors that are faulty, either open circuit or short circuit. And the map sensor throttle not present likely means the map sensor is giving funny readings and the Ecu thinks the throttle plate has fallen off or something. It all likely happrned at the same time. So the only logical thing common to these 5 different Ecu faults is the ground. When you check from the fanbelt side of the engine on the left there is brown ground wires that bolts onto the engine. Check that and if they are not loose or broken off. That is if it is thr ssme engine. Otherwise see where the ground wires of your injectors goes to.

​@wallyscholtz1215 Dit klink soos vuil injectors wat te groot druppels petrol spuit wat nie als brand nie en dan in uitlaatpyp gaan. As jy ligte en waaier aansit trek dit meer krag vanaf alternator en sal engin stadiger idle. ATF olie werk goed, maw outomatiese ratkas olie. Gooi dit in petrol tank en dit sal injectors skoonmaak soos dit deurgaan. Kyk maar watter verhouding beveel hul aan. Ek dink omtrent 200ml op vol tenk. Jy kan ook die sparkplugs uitdraai en kyk na hul kleur. Miskien is dit net sekere silinders met probleem. Dan is dit die injectors. Google spark plug colours om te sien hoe moet hul lyk. Nie swart en nat nie. Dan kan dit ook die lambda sensor wees. As dit hy is behoort hy al die silinders se injectors dieselfde te verstel. So al die sparkplugs sal dan dieselfde lyk. Draai dalk die lambda sensor uit en kyk dat hy nie baie vuil aangepak is nie. Die uitlaat gas moet deur hom kan beweeg.

@@fixingstuff8117 snaaks het begin na nuwe spark plugs hulle was swart bruin volgens google images. Engin too rich. Al die spark plugs lyk die selfde. Kan ek u dalk n paar fotos stuur per epos? Of is u dalk in die Oosrand gelee. Eks meer as bereid om n betaling te doen want ek het nou al duisende in en dit raak net erger. Waar sal die lamba sensor sit?

@@fixingstuff8117 ek moet ook dalk noem hy idle nie stadiger nie sy idle val ma onder 500 en partykeer heeltemal na 0. Ek as ek dir petrol liggies tik met my voet sal hy reg kom meestal. Ook nuwe ding wat begin het hy virloor alle krag al trap jy plat wil jy nie weg kom nie. Dan skielik is die krag terug. Ek gaan more kyk na voorstel sal laat weet. Baie dankie

Good day. I do not have full diagram for electronic wiring. All I changed was to remove wire between battery negative and body. So that negative battery wire goes to engine first. And then from engine to body, for which I reused the removed wire. I would also like to have a workshop manual for the vehicle.

Would take a guess and say it is the TPS throttle position sensor which sits at the back of manifold at butterfly. Maybe ECU uses the Map sensor. But when accelarating too fast, it can't respond fast enough. Unplug the TPS cable. You should measure a resistance between 2 pins that changes when tilting butterfly or pressing petrol. Both sides of centre pin(if I remember correct) should change, like a potentiometer. One side should go higher and other side lower when pressing petrol. I cannot currently think of anything else that would cause your problem. Maybe weak sparks.
