Hi, why do you us e different type of grease on the retaining springs and pins? What is the white grease please? First is copper grease I think isn't it?. Great vid thanks for posting MfG prep

what tools I need confused, some says alan keys soke torx some 17mm some 12m so which is which for zafira b active 06 thanks

+Abdul's collection For Vauxhall / Opel they are Torx. Buy the set they are cheap enough.

Hi, Yes I had one hell of a game getting to disassemble my left hand side caliper everything was one block of rust and torx heads had rusted away, so when I rebuilt them the bolt heads got a wipe around with copper grease, they do not rust now.

Hiya. Is there a torque setting for the bolts? As I see in this video you are using a torque wrench but in other videos I seen for the same, they don't use one. If there is what is the NM amount please. (Great video by the way, very clear & easy to follow)

+Adam Shaw Have a look in Haynes Manual on-line it will give all torque settings for all nut's * bolts for the whole of the car.
