This device is build to fail. Behind the keyboard keys „K,J,8“ is no insulation. Any dirt ist hitting the connectors underneath. Also, if key „K“ is pressed too much, it shortens the connector underneath, causes a short circuit and keyboard keys „1,Q,A,Y,ETC.“ aRe not responding anymore. This is a clear failure in construction, either bad engineering or on purpose. Unfortunately, I can not add any photos here to show the dilemma. I personally, will not buy any notebook from Acer again.
