Most of the discussions on the Manipuri media channels seem to be focused on placing the blame on the center directly without even placing an iota of doubt/blame on Biren's government. The host points out how the state govt has been deprived of its executive power and how the central govt is ignoring it. The subsequent and a conjoined question should be why Biren is still in govt and why the state govt isn't able to give a stern warning to the centre of its intention to resign.
