Winners have higher score. If you are a winner, you can study at any of the 21 universities that host the Olympiad or any other Russian university. As a prize winners of the Olympiad, you have the opportunity to receive a discount on the tuition fee. The amount of the discount depends on the chosen university. You may also take the place of a winner if one of them refuses the right to study or fails to provide the necessary documents on time.

You still can choose universities in your personal account. After successful pass of the enter test and submiting the portfolio you should wait for results of the first stage(23th of December).

@@ЭлинаЛи-й9н Thanks for the video..i wish i saw it before the 10 th of December .Anyway i passed the first round successfully despite i forgot to write the motivational letter but all essential documents were uploaded before the deadline .Hopefully i will do my best in the second stage exam .Unfortunately my rank now is not so good (900 ).My question to you is " Do you think that i still have the chance to be a winner without a motivational letter ??" .and is there any way to let me write a motivational letter currently ??
