I love the Woolworth building. It’s beautiful. It’s also nice that the treatment of the apartments are kept in line with the history of the building. To often I see them over-modernizing them when they are refurbished and all the original character disappears. Just lovely.

Best thing, the outside !!! Beautiful and magnificent. The inside looks like my house and I am not millionaire. I collect things from the rubbish, buy from the charity shops, reuse very old stuff and spend every second of my life getting things by bargain if that's the correct way of saying. And when I travel I don't bother with silly Tour Eiffel souvenir, I go deep inside the local markets and there are the treasures.

The skinny skyscrapers look horrible. A giant stain on the historic NY skyline. Can you imagine these monstrously stupid looking buildings in Paris or any other classic city?
@arycacace37333 жыл бұрын
@@patquint3291 It is a shame what they are doing to New York, this city used to be the most beautiful on the planet, today it is ruined with those narrow and horrible modern buildings, with zero identity and class, A real shame.

@hothotheat30004 жыл бұрын
I think you did a great job on this tour. Very thorough. This is as good as you can ask for in terms of a tour, save for actually being there. Few things: -Two residents per floor is nice and private, but man, if you don’t like that neighbor, it’ll be awkward in the hallway, and people looking for more community might feel lonely. -It would be nice if the units had private elevators that opened directly into the unit, but beggars can’t be choosy. -I love the butterfly wallpaper! -The outdoor patio is great, but man, I’m scared of heights lol -Wine room is SPOOKY Stay safe!
@tjslam264 жыл бұрын
I used to walk the dog for someone who lived in one of these types of buildings. Their floor was shared with another unit (same 2 units per floor max). Never bumped into the floor neighbors once. The only time you spend in that hallway is waiting for the elevator. Since there aren't many other residents, it's not a long wait at all.
