need to check the battery first. if battery is fine then problem might be in mother board.

most of the time a big coil get removed from mother board in that case no Audio will come completely, so check it once by tearing it down.

please check the Battery voltage by removing it and check weather it is bulged. if bulged need to replace the battery.

there might be faulty components at amplifier section of the speaker. or may be speaker's drivers may give distortion crackling sound.
