Presently I am using a salycilic acid cleanser, a hydrating moisturiser and sunscreen during the day. For my bi-weekly exfoliation, I currently use Mandelic Acid:)

And from teenager I happened to had 3 years of treatment for it. 3 years back I went to the doctor again to ask for recommendations on facewash and moisturizer and this is what he recommended me. Also I only get acne either in stress or periods. Apart from it this face wash actually controlled my oil on face and didn't made skin too dry. So I still continued using this.

Jese pani Pina, zada fast food nhi, 7 se 8 hours ki sleep, facewash (aha glow use karti hun lekin agar apko pimples ki bahot zada problem hain toh skin specialist ko dikhao, 3 4 months mai jab aapka treatment khatm hoga tab aap ye use kar skte hain, iska koi side effect nhi hai) cream mai aloevera gel use karti hun and toner ke liye dabur ka rose water.

Just drink 3Litres of water each day try this for one week nd see the difference. Just make sure 1litre of water to be drunk after waking up reamaining 2 litre in different intervals of time surely not after meal. It should be 1 hour before any meal. Good luck
