Hello, I have a problem when I export, I get a black screen and nothing is exported, the application closes...

how do you get rid of the stupid cross hairs? I got rid of the green circle and endpoint but there is still a white crosshair where my design ends. I need to take a screen shot of the final version but it has this cross hair in the design

Use the screen shot feature, File > Capture Virtual Decoration Bitmap

I have .shv design and it opens just as a weird line

If this is happening all the time submit a support ticket for the team to be able to troubleshoot what is happening and be able to fix it for you
