Students tend to get brainwashed by money/jobs. It was great that you cross-verified the info for each statement made in the video. Aman jaise logon ko subscribe karke rakhte hai. But the sad thing is, aise bohot channels hain. If you know, there is a channel by Anshika Gupta. Most people watch her just in hopes of getting into Amazon, and not for actually learning without expecting anything in return. Not to mention most of it is clickbaity. github is for making you understand how to handle large code base how to read it. make changes in it money is not at all involved in it ya it is possible to get some opportunities to the companies through approaching them through your github contributions for example "Red Hat" they are great open source organisaton where i landed my first job .. First google about Hacktoberfest and know the conditions to get a t-shirt. Harry was said that change something on git hub readme file then u can get a t-shrit. Unfortunately this video was going viral and many people just edit read me file (like adding a comma) and not contribute anything. It is very disgusting thinks for maintainers and lot of requested came. Harry is not only who make a video how to get a free t-shirt from Hacktoberfest . There are lot of videos on youtube and they are saying same thing. The main reason is harry's video was going viral. After this problem, Harry deleted the video from his channel.
