Everything will work out. You just have to ask yourself, "what is it that I want?" in every negative feeling & try to catch yourself quickly & Shift your Focus to what you want & how that will feel...or seek any & everything to appreciate. It helps to start your mornings with Appreciation & as quickly as you can catch yourself in a negative feeling, reach for a better-feeling subject, or talk yourself into a slightly improved feeling by looking for a positive aspect.
