I got a question. How much force is required to damage the shoulder if the shoulder is in a sleeve after a capsular shift? Is it possible to make it an inferior laxative if I continuously touch the shoulder. It makes me worried that ive touched the shoulder ''too much'' and not enabling it to heal properly. I'm 2weeks post op after a capsule plastic shoulder surgery.
