Great video! It's depressing to hear you say "album covers don't mean anything today"....that is a reality I hate to admit is so true. LOL. For all the good of the internet, it's turned a lot of stuff to crap. I miss album release day, going to a record store, not being able to sleep the night before, playing the record all day long, and looking at and reading every ounce of the album cover and liner notes. Darren Humphries who the heck would want to share a dressing room? I think they all deserve a little alone time after traveling and playing day after day. It’s not business it’s reality. I don’t know if you’re a parent, but when your kids follow you to the bathroom and you just want 5 minutes of peace, I imagine it’s something along those lines. You don’t love them any less, but damn you need a little space.

Valid points however that is generally not how things work for most bands. The right of passage is to travel together, get ready together and then play. Yes, some 'alone time' is warranted in those situations however, Rikki is evidently travelling in his own bus, therefore the band is only seeing each other on stage (for about 90-120 minutes) or just before they go on. So there appears to be sufficient 'alone time'. It's probably one of the reasons why Metallica is so successful. If you watch their backstage videos, they share a dressing room and also have a jam room where they congregate to boost morale and motivation without outside distraction. It's about getting in the zone and in sync. Nobody starts or joins a band if they value their 'alone time' and for Poison I think there has been sufficient 'alone time' considering they did nothing for about 5 years before touring with Def Leppard in 2017.

I get your point, it pretty obvious. I live in Central PA too where no matter were you lived in the center of the state, THIS was your hometown band....the 4 friends that packed up and headed west to make it big and actually did! I think it’s WAY more though then dressing rooms and busses, that’s just a perk of 35 years of playing. Like a lot of people, I’d love to hear some deep cuts and what not live, but I’m cool with it because they are playing rock music in front of 10K people were EVERY single person is singing along to EVERY single song.....that’s pretty good business I guess. I’m going to be one of them....going to see them next month in upstate NY and can’t wait to sing along!
