To apply as a refugee, you need to get sponsored. Canadians can identify refugees in need of sponsorship through local family members, community groups, churches or ethno-cultural groups. Refugees in need may have been identified from an overseas contact, a friend, a relative of a member of the organization or elsewhere.

I really appreciateit it for useful information. I am still pr processing under pnp paper based on. And I will apply this permit Do I need to let federal office centre for this? Or if I get thus permit. Will it be noticed automatically to ircc ? And if I work any position, will it be affect my pr processing? I am working on retail supervisor position.

You do not need to do anything other than apply for it. Your position will not affect the case.
