This is pretty cool! In the spirit of improvement, I want to point out something you might be able to adjust. Maybe constrain the deformation of the plants in the z direction(height) since some of them seem to stretch longer/taller as they bend over. Just a suggestion.

It is just version 1.0.0. A lot more improvements are coming. You can easily combine this with the AutoMaterial by plugin in the foliage actor in the procedurals.

Could this be adjusted so the plants would only bend a little instead of folding all the way down?

Yes, there is height parameter per plant. It is just version 1.0.0. A lot more improvements are coming. I'll work on a separate grass Flattening effect and accurate physical based leaf interaction for more complex plants. Stay tuned!

fps doesnt matter if u dont say ur PC spec. so it might run fine on 4080 but not that good on 1050 and this not showing how scalable it is for example for 10, 50 characters

You could setup a radius of interaction. If you are out of it then the foliages will be static/windy.
