Even if the browser wasn't successful it would be good for open AI to get into more software development so their AI dev tools get better. Look at flight simulator and microsoft Azure. The tools are going to get better when products are on fire.

given the wads of cash OpenAI has and will raise, they can do what they like but the world will be dumb if they actually trust with the entrypoint to the Web to someone so morally dubious switch to Arc or Firefox, if you hate Chrome so much
