I created a new Microsoft account and added 500 USD to my Microsoft Ads account. However, my account was blocked without any explanation. I contacted customer service, but they were unable to provide any information about why my account was blocked. They also refused to refund my money. I am very disappointed with Microsoft Ads. Their customer service is terrible and their policies are opaque. I would not recommend Microsoft Ads to anyone.
