I will make a video but after a few weeks. Right now the pricing of realtime api is not economical for startups and small businesses. OpenAI has an announcement again in a few weeks and hopefully they will reduce the price so most can use it . Regarding vapi integration, I would ballpark that around 1-2 months

retellai is offering it.but is expensive.$1.50 a minute. and • max call duration: 15 min • pronunciation dictionary: not supported • speech normalization: not supported • fallback voice id: not supported • OpenAl APl is currently not stable

Yes, it is not very economical right.now but that has been openai trend. They launch something expensive and then within 1-2 months, they cut down the process so hopefully, we should see the pricing for real api come down soon.
