I purchased OpenAudible, but I think I made a mistake downloading the audible files to my computer. I don't know how to get them to OpenAudible to convert. The documentation troubleshooting advice doesn't cover my problem. Drag and drop doesn't seem to work on my computer. I have a MacBook Air M2 Running Sonome. How do I get some live support? I submitted this question to the support section on their website.

You say the application is digitally signed, but when I try to install it, Windows 10 says it is not signed. Even your own documentation says, "...you may need to learn how to run unsigned applications." So which is it?

The most recent versions of OpenAudible are digitally signed for Mac and Windows. You may/should see a message about "Do you want to run the software signed by Olivia Alexa." We updated the documentation to fix that old message about using unsigned software. Thank you for the good question!

its a scam when i download it and use it there are no books and when you convert to mp3 it asks you to pay wtf

Its no free software. But if u purchase the license, it works. For me it was worth the money.
