[OpenBVE] New Chimes (in-train and stations) at Yishun LRT

Yishun LRT (and Changi Airport Lines) now have new in-station chimes!
The trial is successful! For both lines, the chime audios have been lowered to avoid it being too annoying.

just curious if you know with yishun LRT idk if im setting up my train properly because it gets limited to like 10kmh how do i fix this

YSLRT, the trains you'll have to press '2' to ensure the trains can move beyond 10km/h.
