The storm howls relentlessly outside, rain beating against the windows and thunder shaking the skyline. Inside, the old Smee fleet rumbles through the tunnels, its familiar, creaking sound echoing through the dimly lit cars. The worn metal and vintage charm of these aging trains bring a sense of nostalgia as they cut through the darkness, their steady motion offering a rare moment of calm amidst the storm. As the train moves toward Whitehall Street, the muffled hum of the engines and the soft sway of the carriages provide a haunting comfort, each jolt and rattle a reminder of a time long past. The flickering lights above do little to pierce the shadows, and the only sounds are the clattering wheels and the distant roar of the storm above. The city fades away as you venture deeper into the underground, where the rhythm of the old trains carries you closer to your destination, where the storm is nothing but a memory.
