Its a nice home and by no means stating ones preferences is complaining because im not but i would prefer more space away from other homes to have more privacy especially by the pool area, the houses are so close here neighbors can look right over and down into the pool and patio area, i prefer houses 30 feet apart with a wall and gate around my property for not only privacy but possible fire spreading from other houses by them being so grouped together, that's just my preference but aside from that its a nice home yes.
