$2.8 Million seems like a steep price for a home outside Peterborough with such low-end finishes such as Formica countertops in the kitchen (to complement the ugly cabinets and low end appliances) Prefabricated fiberglass tubs and showers stalls in the bathrooms. The staging of this home is really weird. They put a baby grand piano in what should be the dining room and a dining room table in what should be the living room. What is the point? Should have just left these rooms empty like the ones upstairs. The interior layout looks clumsy as do the exterior elevations. I can't find anything to admire about the design of this home. I can't figure out the bathroom in the lower level (at 8:30). There is a shower head sticking out of the wall where there is no discernable shower enclosure just a wood floor below with no drain! What the hell is that about? Of course the lakefront with boathouse, bar, hot tub and fire pit look very inviting but are they worth $2.8 Million? I don't think so! This isn't Muskoka!
