If you ever renovated a house before, people love a house that is move in ready. A house where you would want to keep the furniture that is staged. The first tour that actually follows a nice format. Most other videos are shot by 'videographers' whose aims are to try to fit in all the stylish cameras angles and zoom past everything, and then zoom in on taps or a shower head or some shit. Another guy walks through houses in the most scattered way talking absolute bullshit in phrases that estate agents love. Just the worst music though. Or among the worse, but other then that. Good work. It really does what a tour should do and give a logical flow around the property.
