I loved doing this mystery box opening if anyone has any other types of mystery boxes they want to see opened let me know! These are on the pricier side and take a while to get here but I did love opening them and would enjoy doing it again!

Ya not cool at all and not worth it . I get having fun but you can always ask a collector / seller to put together a mystery box for u and actually get money worth compared too losing money like these boxes unfortunately. Just saying there is smarter and more fun ways to do the mystery openings

don't be fooled at all, the prices he put in the video are FAR from what they're actually worth, he did not do good at all. That porygon card is only around 225$ and the fossil pack is also only around 225$, him opening it made him lose another 200 so he's really around 900$ in debt when you calculate the actual prices of the cards. Not to mention selling individual vintage cards suck which is why people do mystery boxes to get rid of their shit stuff.

Also I don't believe the boxes are random. I've ordered 20 twice now and all 4 boxes with hits are together on one end of the box and the rest are duds. They might give one here and there to people who order under 5 but seems to be at their discretion and the hit boxes aren't mixed in at random. Forgot to add most of the slabs in my boxes were bought off Ebay within the same week I ordered them off Iconic so they might even be making them per order. Also might explain their slow shipping probably waiting on slabs to get mailed to them.

Good to see a legit opening of the iconic series. A lot of youtubers do seem to be getting weighted boxes which show unrealistic results. That Porygon saved the day.

You can't weigh these and people all the time say don't buy them. This dude is sadly coping very hard as the porgyon is only worth around 225$ and he lost another 225 when he opened the fossil pack, if you calculate the actual price of the cards he's literally 900$ in debt, not to mention these cards aren't worth actual cash you have to sell and ship them, terrible investment all around.

I got a one yesterday. Opened it. Around $175 with tax for the vintage box. Got a 1999 yellow cheek pikachu common PSA 8 worth 15$ on a good day... with all 5$ packs... Best thing I got from the box was a crown pack, I got a golden Galarian Articuno. Better than the "graded card" in the box. There are no legit mystery boxes!

Wow... I've changed my mind on these. From looking at how many boxes you've opened I see the cards are usually $30 to $50 or so. And at $150 or $100? And the amount of boxes opened? Anything to get close to your value is like 1 in 15 to 20 boxes. I'm gonna have to skip on these boxes now

The mystery boxes are never worth it. Odds are already low on pulling good cards from booster packs, having a third party company add some additional filtration, even worse odds. With that being said, I definitely did enjoy the video. Thumbs up. I just wouldn't recommend anyone to buy mystery boxes

fishermanfik answered but yes I went off the raw value of what was pulled from the box, so graded card and pack value. That way a Moonbreon or something couldn't skew the results. Wanted to go based on value of items pulled vs box price.

Hurts seeing someone waste money on such a blatantly obvious cash grab. lost ~900$ if you include the price of the fossil pack + the fact that ALL of these cards are worth aboout 2/3 to 1/2 the price he put up on screen. Cool porygon PSA 10 has LISTINGS for 280$, let alone actually selling for that price. First edition fossil packs go for ~ 225$,
