I love how we go from no Upper Deck Ice and acetate cards a year ago to super thick acetate cards. Interesting set though.

I believe the acetate printing process is different than the plexi, and different materials which is probably why those are so common now

I'm loving the Frozen in Time cards! I wasn't into the Hobby too long when Trilogy last released so I never opened boxes at the time. Decided to pick up a box today and had a blast opening it!

I'm not a huge fan of how many acetate cards are being stuffed into products lately, but those thick-ass slab style chunks of plexiglass are pretty nice looking. I'd imagine the weight of it gives it a really premium feel.

Premium feel aside it’s like a throwaway you’d get alongside some action figure as a kid. Acetate cards don’t have a place in a collectable card product that costs hundreds of dollars in my opinion that is centered across signed and used sports memorabilia

Am I bad at counting? It seems like some of those packs, especially the two in the first box that had the plexi of Moverare had six cards as did the next pack with the Frozen In Time Kyle Connor.

If I'm being completely honest, it's probably O-pee-chee. Not a high end product, but the return value is really good. You're guaranteed like 2-4 1 of 1s in an O-pee-chee case.

Seriously... I opened 3 boxes and got NOTHING comparable to that. No plexis, no patch, no redemptions, no pucks, bad autos of 1-gamers, so roughly 15$ of value per box. It literally feels like 2 completely different products.
