“Great value” lol. I still remember when you could buy tins of Upper Deck 8 cards per pack, 12 packs per box with 3 Young Guns per box and a jersey card for $29.99 CAD per tin. We keep on accepting less.

there was 2 option at m'y wally , 1 blaster with 1 oversized card + 3 pack of 12 card for 39$ + tx 1 bast with 7 pack with 12 card for 64$ +tx was not sure to get some or not

Same here. I went with the cheaper blaster. The $60 has 2 YGs average, yeh; but the blaster has 1 average and a guaranteed YG Jumbo, and the list of players for those is usually pretty short with he best rookies included. I got a Rempe YG and a Stamkos YG

Pulled a Hutson YG from a hanger pack my 3 year old pulled off the shelf. Great 8 dollar buy!

To be fair ive gotten four of these boxes and the quality seemed to be great for me. One box was kind of a dud but the other 3 more than paid for themselves. Got a hutson on the first box, mavrik bourque, and afew other really nice pulls. Downhill from here i suppose lol

@@brandonhall9959 I was comparing the blasters to hobby box. The blasters have a 1:3 chance at a young gun. That guarantees at least 1 young gun per blaster. You would need to buy 6 blasters for 6 guaranteed, or at least 5 blasters for young gun ratio. You might as well buy hobby box at those prices lol. unless you like opening more packs 24-20 retail vs the 12 hobby. But yeah 6 young guns in 3 blasters. kinda lucky there.

Pretty sure the at least one YG per box, is just for legal reasons, and they actually almost always have two. I opened up a case of tins that started guaranteed 3 YGs, but every single one had 4 YGs.

I bought a blaster box 2020-2021 UD Series 1, I got 3 base packs out of 6 packs !? 1 YG low level player. Good thing I only paid $20

The market always dictates value to some extent. That’s why it costs a fortune to attend games in NYC and Toronto but smaller markets are cheaper regardless of how well they perform

i thank the young guns are 1 in every 2 packs not 3. cuss theres 12 hobby packs in a box with 6 young guns. that be every 2 packs and i believe last years blaster only came with 3 packs in a blaster

Makar top 10 pick scored a goal his first game. Was in Norris and Calder contention when his young guns dropped was a 60$ card pre Covid (when you joined the hobby) Hutson is a second round defensive liability who’s played 18 games and yet to score a goal at the time his young guns released its more than 2x Makar. You’re a fool
