When it comes to your shipping box being damaged, that's not USPS, that's the shipper. They use thin boxes or not thick enough for the contents. I worked for USPS during covid. Regular cardboard boxes get mixed in with all sorts of items ranging up to 75 lbs. Sorting just put items into bins for each route. Handle with care means nothing until someone walks it to your door.

@@tison7208 do you really expect people to carefully put your boxes in bins and their truck? They are unloading and throwing boxes. If your cardboard is thin and cheap, it can get damaged easily when there's a bag of dog food on top of it.

That damage is not gd, the best way to get out the creases is to open the box take out the pop figure open bottom flap and flatten the box and use a steam iron and a barely damp cloth this should take out any creases.

I worked for Fed Ex , they give absolute 0 fuks about your package. The trailers come in packed floor to ceiling. How do you think the ones on top get to the bottom ? Hint : they sure as hell aren't lifted carefully down , one by one. Heard many a TV smash , before they'd even make it into the Fed Ex building.
