Russet burbank.. not just any old russet but a russet burbank should stand up to a Maris piper. I'm a British living in Tennessee now and have been debating opening a pie and mash/fish and chip truck

Disaster struck 🥲 oil prices and fish prices and gas prices rocketed up over the course of a week , and the landlord put charges up so it just wasn’t viable any more , I suppose episode 4 in my life was opening up the street food business - that was the next chapter , that’s going really well 🙂 Plus still have the fisherman’s kitchen - where I filmed how to make chip shop chips
