These new attacks do a lot of damage and have high costs, but most of the better cards have HP over 100, so it seems to balance out nicely

You get two turns; that's it. They still get their turn after your second turn (after using the move). It also cancels out poison and burn effects because it misses the inbetween turn. I can see some serious clutch plays coming.

I had a thought when you mentioned Pheromosa's first attack. What if they had cards that could interrupt your opponent's turn? Dialga's GX attack is quite disruptive, so it's a start. I think it'd be cool, but would probably never happen because they want to keep things kid-friendly, and that's fine. I think MTG or YGO have cards like that.
