I was always blown away as a kid that there was a Doctor Who character with a Battles in Time card with my surname, considering I've never met anyone else called Swales outside my family! "Julia Swales" holds a special place in my collection lmao.

I remember the key to these, if the pack was back showing on both sides, you had a super or ultra rare, if not just commons and a rare. - I knew this info would come in handy some day haha

Had a complete set of the first two series but lost interest after that. From the Invader set, "Shakespearean Actor" (if you have one) is a mate of mine. His first knowledge of his immortalisation as a trading card was when I showed it him. He signed it... so it's probably worth 2p as opposed to 0.0001p.

oh god Super rose i remember that and i actually got it in a starter £1.50 set of 4 pack of the ultimate monsters set. But i really hated rose at the time so i traded her for 5 ultra rares aha

Good to see you again Billy! It's Ozzy here! I unboxed a set of the Ultimate Monster cards on my channel, it was a great nostalgia trip! Just a bit of info for ya, the super Rose has a golden back to it so you'd spot it a mile off! And there is another card which is worth more believe it or not! The adipose computer sells for around £90, which is insane! Have a good Christmas mate!

I collected these, I think I still have them and the magazines... Wonder if they are worth anything haha They were very popular in my middle school, like pokemon level, this was in 2006-8 the golden new series hype era, they were really fun to play top trumps style.

I have an almost complete set of Alien Attax. The ones that came out in 2012-2013. They featured a fair amount of classic characters. I remember I always used to get a Barbara Wright.

Those extras was laughing back then getting a card. I wonder were New York homeless 3 is today? The battles in time Ultimate monsters is still my favorite set, nothing but all monsters from classic and new (but mainly old). I remember in school when the first set came out and i was popular for like 3 weeks because i knew about the characters aha good memories hope your well Billy, plus side to the lockdown my nephew has become obsessed with daleks, any plans for you and Matt to review the animated dalek series ?
