Hello. I hope you're at least physically healthy rn. I want to tell you smth about my own experience. There were times not so long ago, where I actually thought about suicide seriously. I was going through A LOT a lot & honestly I thought I had reached my limit. But then each time I was about to slide the blade on my skin, I told myself that maybe if I hold on a little longer...just a little longer then things will change. It took a while tbh & it felt like a living hell. But when I finally overcame it all, I was so thankful for not ending it...I then realized how glad I was for holding onto myself, because when I overcame it, it seemed to small to hurt me. I couldn't even believe I had actually thought of it. So now each time smth terrible happens, ik that I have to hang on. I have to hold on cuz it's not that big trust me. Our world is too dark, especially for people who go through depression. It feels like nothing can make us happy, but you should also try new things like I did, once I started healing. New experiences will change your prospective slowly. & take your time to do that. It's much harder done than being said but I believe in you. & always remember, "you're stronger than you think"
