Yep! You can get it anywhere between pack #1-500! I just so happen to be that unlucky and get it at my 500th pack😢 Wishing you luck though! :)

Congrats, just sucks hearing you saying it took so long to get yet you are lvl 140, I'm lvl 493 and I'm about 45 packs from my first heirloom I hope to some how get the packs next season with the battle pass and treasure packs, maybe from events too but otherwise I will have to wait even longer...

@@troyy7 that’s fair, I like to be jealous or mad at people who get them at low levels but for the most part it’s even more unreasonable on their part as they most likely spent a lot of money. I’m especially jealous of people who barely play and got one randomly like my friends cousin who got it for free at like lvl 5 😭

I’m sure your just Guaranteed to get an heirloom on your 500 pack with the bad pack luck system in place, otherwise the statistics are something closer to 1 in every 2000 packs, so most people get it on there 500 pack only the lucky people get it beforehand

Yes, it is guaranteed 2 by 1000 packs, 3 by 1500 packs, and so on… but it could be anywhere in between those 500 packs

However if you have all heirlooms and prestige skins, until a new one comes out it is impossible to get shards even if u open 500 packs. So if you have 500 packs wait a for a new heirloom to come before you open them if u have all

@@troyy7 yeh as you don’t get duplicate items from packs so if you buy all the cosmetics you’ll have more chance getting heirloom got my first heirloom last night bought 30 packs and got the crafting heirloom shards after I spent like 6k material on junk
