I'm having my rainbow baby in a week, or less. due to pre-eclampsia. We lost our little girl at 6 days old to SIDS. it was July of 2020. this is our 4th boy, and probably last baby. The momaroo girl! Idk why people haven’t commented about it before! My son loved it and it has movements that mimic the movements of being in your belly and it does white noise as well. It’s a life saver especially for a fussy baby or to get the ready for nap time/bed

Random suggestion for baby paytas-hacmon, I’m sure you guys already have rattles for the baby, but you should totally also buy an egg shaker (it’s usually used for music classes but it works way better for babies than the rattles they sell in stores). When my niece was a baby it’s the one thing that calmed her down and helped get her to fall asleep instantly cause the sound of it is so much more soothing than a normal baby rattle with those hard plastic beads in it

Mommy tips that people don't even tell you... Cloth diapers are the best for burping cloths ever!! They work with gassy babies who spit up, also easy to wash.. And gas drops!! Make sure to always burp baby well after feeding or you'll get throw up spit up all over you.. ❤

Aww 🥰 your little lady is so loved beyond measure already. I’m so very happy for you both and the extended family. She is a blessing and I know you’re up to the task. One thing I’ve found invaluable with my little granddaughter has been pacifier clips. You get safe ones that are fairly short so they can’t wrap around clothes, hands, fingers or precious little airways and they’re also thick enough (about the width of gents suspenders for attaching to their pants but not elasticated in any way). Especially once she learned how to take it out and play catch with it 😂. Nothing worse than losing their favourite pacifier when out a walk and they decide to drop it from their stroller. I know not all babies have pacifiers but if she has one then you could save yourself having a baby that’s upset when you’re struggling to find their binky 🥰 💋 xx

Those mesh feeders come in real handy like 4-6 months cut up fruits, like melon or take seeds off strawberry shove it in mesh feeder and baby will love to bite on it for teething plus it’s yummy. Hehe. You can use frozen fruit too. We loved those with all 4!

a tip i learnt from my sister who is fully qualified in childcare is dont quiet urself down around a tired or sleeping baby! that just makes them even more of a light sleeper~ obviously dont be loud loud but being too precious about noise can have negative effects long term

Fyi from a mom of 3: that mesh fruit thing, throw it away! Get the silicone one boon makes a great one the mesh gets moldy and it's Hella hard to clean. 🥰 and get reusable baby pouches for when you want to make baby food it's so easy. Just microwave some veggies in a tad bit of water to soften and throw in the blender boom done
