In my youth I spent a year in the brazilian part of the Amazon. I have never been fond of any kind of seafood or fish either , but to this day my mouth waters, thinking of peacock bass! So tasty, and the meat is smooth like butter, if you bake or roast it.

You should Invest in a Unboxing area or a mobile unboxing area set up with a back wall where you can run a Video of where the fish came from a map and what their scientific name is and the name the fisherman call them

The reason why that peacock bass tasted good it's a whitefish flesh is white so yeah it taste good that's like flounder and cod there are white meat type fish taste mighty good when they're brought it up and thrown in some hot grease love fish no not eat fish very seldom I mean very seldom
