Congratulations 🎉. You are amazing, your family and friends. Yes you had a traumatic experience but you fought it. I’m a 65 year old quadriplegic they gave up and stopped fighting. My life now is falling apart if I would have had your fight there is no telling where I would be. I would love to talk to you and find out where exactly that fight came from because I can’t find it. My deep, heartfelt congratulations Makayla! I have watched your videos since your accident. Two years prior I had my life changing emergency surgery. Watching your videos has helped me so much to continue on! For four years I have tried to start some kind of work again. There was no official support. As a former nurse it was so hard for me to not work. And now, four years later, I started a very special and complex, long training to become a coach for children, youth and families. I never thought I would be able to do that! And I am beyond excited to finally move towards the next chapter of my life. I am so happy for all your accomplishments! And what has helped me a lot like many: God‘s not done with you!
