Opening Ceremony - Incomplete | 25th SEA Games Vientiane 2009

RELIVE the magic of the 25th South-East Asian (SEA) Games 2009 held in Vientiane, Laos. Enjoy the spectacular display of Lao culture and creativity with the Opening Ceremony (Incomplete). The ceremony was held on Dec 9, 2009 at the New Laos National Stadium.
This is the first time Lao People's Democratic Republic has hosted the SEA Games having previously declined hosting the SEA Games 1965, citing financial difficulties.
