Last day preparation is wrapped up the night before the opening ceremonies. The first ice skaters take The Ice at Center Green. While Elyssa Smith, MC, leads the Opening Day Ceremony which features Carmel Mayor Brainard, Dr. Andreas Götze, Heinz Roesch, and Maria Murphy!
