Little-known secret apparently, but most of the first 5-10 first-ed base sets had physical printing differences on the front of the packs that you could use to consistently identify the packs with holos. I remember when I was 13-14 I always asked the shop owner to let me pick my own prize packs (which is obviously shitty now, but I didn't see it that way back then), and I'd basically pick all the good packs out. I remember pharaoh's servant was the easiest one due to certain printer-pixels in yugi's eye, and the one time I tried to prove it to someone I picked out a Jinzo.

I pulled 2 of the Baron from Legendary Duelist Syncro Storm, out of the Lite packs from Family Dollar. I sold them when they were at $100 raw. I got around 80, after fees and shipping. I bought a lot of those packs, so, I'm sure it balanced itself out in the end. There's no odds or guarantees in those lite packs, so I got really lucky, pulling 2 of them from 1 dollar store.

Favourite set ever for me is MFC. Dark Paladin is perhaps my favourite monster card (especially because I have a corrected 1st ed artwork), DMG, and that beautiful pack foil colour. not gonna lie though, its basically on par for me with LOB and MRD as a favourite lol.

Pharaoh’s Servant will always be my favorite, it really marked my entry into understanding how to actually play the game and I followed every set release after that. Plus, Buster Blader is the GOAT

My favorite set is Crossed Souls. It was the current core set when I got into yu-gi-oh and because of that I have huge nostalgia for it. Also, I pulled a ghost rare Clear Wing Synchro Dragon (1st. Ed) back in the day from my first booster box I ever bought so that helps a lot. An honorable mention goes to High-Speed Riders for introducing my favorite archetype in the game - PSY-Frame.

A two hour long opening? This is my cup of tea, just let me grab my drink! Sweet video, as is every single one, but specially the big openings. My favorite sets ever are, in order: MFC, TDGS and RDS, because DMG, ghost Stardust, and ultimate The Creator (and I love RDS pack art too). And there was a lot of packs I didn't even remember existing again! 250k subs already... Congrats again and thank you for all your hard work and dedication! EDIT: that ulti from RDS came in clutch for sure! And there was some really cool pulls all around the years. This is another must watch video!

Favourite set of all time has to be duelist alliance, intro to 3 tier 1/1.5 decks that changed the game forever (shaddolls, BAs, stellarknights), with staples that are still relevant till this day.

My favorite set is duelist revolution. So many great cards were introduced that are still used even today. Pot of duality, solemn warning, scrap dragon, and effect veiler to name a few.

My favorite set is Tactical Evolution. I remember ordering 24 loose packs back in 2010, hoping to pull a Vennominaga and to post the opening on my then channel. Instead I pulled a whopping FIVE Super Rare Lucky Pied Pipers along with some other holos. I dearly remember awaiting for those packs to arrive. Good times.

Favorite set ever was Phantom Darkness, cause it had all the dark support that helped me with my Red-Eyes deck. I remember buying the last 5 packs of a box in my local store and pulling a secret rare Dark Armed Dragon that was over 100€ at the time. Good days.

Man seeing the 2006 and below openings was so nostalgic cuz thats around the time it “wasnt cool” to play yugioh for me despite me still having a love for it as a kid(i was 10) back then. I didnt get back into it until 2017 for collecting and now i still collect whenever older stuff reprints. W 2 hour video to watch before bed. Edit: i can still smell the old packs as if it was yesterday man….

My favorite set in Yugioh History is the Shining Victories set. It debuted in 2016 and was the first time I ever topped with Blue-Eyes at a tournament. Even if it was locals, I never gave up on the deck. I'm excited to see the new structure deck and see if I can relive 2016.

As far as my favorite set…if I go old school it’s Soul of the Duelist. As a kid I pulled an ultra Horus LV. 8 out of a blister as a kid and that memory sticks today. As far as modern sets, Rarity Collection 1 hands down.

My favorite set is MFC, the DMG obvious, when I saw the opening of the video I went O.O, but it also has so many other cool classic cards like Breaker, Tribe Infecting Virus, Chaos Command Magician and of course Dark Paladin. I opened so many back in the day.
