I'm so annoyed with the lack of budget cards they need to put gens of the game cards in packs with good odds to make those cards attainable before they become irrelevant in the next month.

We have 6 total promos and a total of like ten or less legit budget cards. Every other card is 80k for the cheapest and 2-3 hundred for the good cards and 500 to a mil for the pd's. There has been one legit grind for something other than packs. No player rewards bad rewards for each mode.

Are the ‘Wales’ really spending that much, and are there that many of them, where 2k doesn’t care that there are 3 -10 diamonds on the market from the set on a pack day?

I dont know. I find it hard to believe the answer is yes but this seems to be the strategy for now.... Interested to see how it evolves as the year progresses.

I feel your pain JC. At this stage, I honestly think MyTeam is worse than last year. And that's saying something. Somehow 2k always finds a way to screw it's community over.

You're assuming the unsellable packs have the same odds.

I'm at the point where grinding offline is just to get some franchise cards (uniforms, logos, court floors etc.) because these make more MT than actual player rewards which are ALL unsellable... Making all player rewards both unsellable + low tier makes grinding for players or MT completely useless.

2K24 content pre allstar break was great. Post allstar break was an unmitigated disaster. With that being said ur right this year is also turning into a disaster.

@@xJC2K I got a feeling that the original plan was to make EVERY card available in the player market, but they decided to make "gambling only" cards to attempt to balance it since alot of people got tons of MT from the Paul George glitch. I revkon if that glitch didnt happen, every card would be available in the player market

@@xJC2K Last year's model was to give us something good and destroy it halfway through the year. I think this year's model is to give us really bad content and destroy the auction house at the start, so that we welcome anything even slightly better they give us throughout the year.

Hey JC can you make a video about the badges and upgrading them and what decides that you can or can't upgrade them? For instance a card can have a bronze handle for days, and you have a golden one in your inventory but still can't upgrade the badge even though the slot ain't locked. Someone asked about this and I thought it was nonsense but it seems to be true.

You have to have every badge tier to upgrade it. If you have a badge on bronze you need silver before you can upgrade to gold.

@@iangrant9718 why would you want everyone running around with diamond and pink diamond cards just grind the game thats the point there giving good rewards for game modes you take your time with and grind it got diamond full throttle pack from grinding breakout for the first time stop complaining like a lil baby and using the same excuse as every other washed up youtuber that is trying there best to stay relevant
