i also do textiles and i was predicted a 9 and got a 6, me and my teacher are currently looking into it as she cant see reason fir me to have dropped, so dont be to upset about your grade, they have been really tough with the marking this year :)

@ Nooo cuz I literally have my first English literature exam on the 8th of January.. I’m lowkey cooked. I have so many PPE’s chemistry, biology and physics with unit 1 and unit 2 maths PPE. I literally have no excitement for my 15th birthday bro and I’ve been waiting so long😭

Well done you did amazing!! you should be so proud x God definitely has a plan, I prayed last night that I would get the grades I hope for, and I did very well. I got a 7 in maths, which I needed to get in order to do it at college. I got an 8 in english lang and 7 in english lit too when I was predicted a 5 and a 6. Also got an 8 in french which was a nice surprise. Hope everyone got the results they wanted, and even if you didnt then Im proud of you all ❤️❤️❤️

I got my results and I’m happy except for both English subjects. I always got 7s and was predicted a 7 and I got a 4 😭 so I don’t know why it got so much lower 😢

I did my GCSE last year and I didn't pass my maths and English and I got a grade 1 in maths and I got grade 2 for English and I resit my GCSE this year and I got the same grade and I was disappointed in my self

Hey girl! I remember feeling the exact same way as you but honestly do not worry you have so so much time xx also the fact that your nervous shows you care so you will be fine. I would say KZbin videos is the one thing that have helped me so much and practice papers but it's whatever is best for you💞💞💞

I can understand your disappointment, but it's not the end of the world. Your Gcse results don't define you. You're still young & you have your whole life ahead of you! You can always retake them in sixth form or in college (which is completely different to school) I retook my English Gcse and passed with a c grade back in 1997 I think it was. If I can give any advice, do a course in something you're passionate about, what you enjoy, what makes you happy. Try not to worry about what other people do either. As long as you do your best that's all that matters. :) 🌸 😊 Sixteen is a great age! :) And if you're able to get a weekend job alongside school or college, then you'll learn so many skills, earn your own money, make new friends, build experience & have so many things, parties & holidays to look forward to. Go to job interviews with a smart appearance, a smile on your face, shake hands firmly and have a 'can do' attitude, with a willingness to learn & a flexible approach to working & you'll be snapped up! Never ever think you have failed or that you have nothing to offer! Everybody has something unique about them! If you make your Mum coffee in the morning, or feed your pets, write it on your cv! :) it will show that you're kind & thoughtful & helpful! :) tell them at the interview that you make great coffee! There are so many opportunities out there such as apprenticeships too. Go grab them! :)
