Our family's size growing bigger and bigger is exactly the reason we switched to Secret Santas (for the adults). It became harder to purchase a present for everyone - financially and time/stress, but it was much easier for each family member to commit to a dollar amount and spend it on one person. And, we have a process/form to submit suggestions or view Amazon wish lists for anyone who needs help figuring out what to buy. It has made Christmas much more manageable for us in recent years, and we are thankful we switched.
